Hong Kong has two Confucius Institutes where you can take the HSK, YCT, BCT, and HSKK: the Yale-China Chinese Language Center and the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education.

|About||Yale-China Chinese Language Center arranges three HSK exams per year – in April, August and December. Students can only apply via online registration forms. The payment memo is sent after email and fees can be made via cash, credit card, or cheque. The credit card form can be downloaded from them. Learners can sit for all six levels of HSK (I to VI), as well as HSKK (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced). Expect to pay anywhere from HK $200 to HK $800 for these exams.|
In addition to the usual tests, interested individuals can apply for intensive and short-term language courses right at the university. They can also take online short courses and summer courses, all of which information is provided on their website.

|About||HSK and HSKK test dates for the year 2021 have been released but the exams are subject to change since the pandemic situation is still fluid. Registered students are kept in the loop through SMS messages, email, and the webpage.|
HSK exams from level I to VI are offered and the fee ranges from HK $260 to $860. In addition, the speaking part, or HSKK is being offered in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels at fees HK $360, HK $460, and HK $560 respectively. You can download the application form from the website. There is one slot open currently, deadline 19 March, 2021, and the exam is set to be held on 15 May, 2021.
